It’s been years since I’ve been to Kennywood. So long, in fact, that I was surprised to realize that Jilly and I are now at the point in our lives that we didn’t need to keep the kids at arms length or ride the kiddie rides with them.
We let Adeline and her friends run and ride, so Jilly and I spent the day together riding roller coasters and people watching in the sunshine. It was lovely.
My favorite ride of the day was the Steel Curtain, a Steelers themed coaster that was very intense. It was our first time riding it and we absolutely loved it.
